Thank you for the lovely message today
Good morning everyone
Huddle - Are you interested in growing and maturing as a disciple of Jesus? What have these stones got to do with it?
We are planning to start a Huddle group after the summer. Huddle seeks to develop our understanding and practices as disciples in relation to our church’s Purpose and Values. A small group of 6-8 people allows individual and collective exploration in a safe environment.
It does ask for a bit of a commitment: meeting every 2 weeks for about a year, but the journey is well worth it! If you feel prompted to enquire further please drop us an e mail info@upperbraes.org.uk

Join us as we gather for live prayer online! Watch via our YouTube channel and Facebook page as members of our congregation take your prayer requests and pray for them live. Let us know ideas for prayer requests in the Live Chat.
Another option is to join our "Brightons Church Prayer" Zoom Room, where you can say a prayer out loud and others on the YouTube live stream will also hear it!
Please contact us via the church email address or Facebook page to get the login details for the Zoom prayer room.
HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR JOINING THE ZOOM ROOM:
(1) Should you be watching on YouTube whilst you call the Zoom Room, please MUTE YouTube as otherwise we might get feedback and/or you might get distracted by the time delay or by your voice.
(2) Please do SPEAK UP when you pray, so that you are clearly heard by everyone else.
(3) Please make sure your mobile is not on "speaker phone" setting for the Zoom call, as it might also generate feedback.
(4) Once you are finished your prayer, you can end your call or stay on the line to hear the other prayers and/or pray again.

Will do Rachel!
Good even and welcome to Thursday Live Prayer!
Do let us know if you are joining with us - and any prayer points
Amen
Please can we pray for students with Additional Support Needs at local schools. The council is doing a review of provision at the moment. I know of so many families who are struggling and not getting support. Many are linked to or known to local churches.
Thank you, Brent. Timely words. Let us remember the current uncertainty about the possible relocation of Alexander Dennis in Camelon. As I write, I am listening to Gayle on this very subject...
The Air India crash and those affected by it... How tragic! And also the terrible ongoing 'crashes' created by wars - Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan etc.. The Air India tragedy is dramatic, and bursts in, but we can become used to ongoing horrors. Alas!
God's blessing be with you
Thanks for joining us everyone!
Evening Marion
Evening all. 🙏🏻

That was a lovely service today thank you 🙏
Good morning everyone
We are delighted to be starting an Alpha course shortly, with 2 weeks running before
the summer break on 18th and 25th June. It will run from The Cross café at 7.30pm.
With a mixture of videos and discussion, Alpha is a great way to gain an
(re)introduction to the Christian faith and have space to ask questions. If you, or
someone you know, are interested then please drop us an email info@upperbraes.org.uk. Useful for members, sceptics, seekers and all!
